Injection molding technology: More turnover

Speed is first priority in injection molding production too, in order to be able to work really cost-effectively. If at the mold-making stage we closely coordinate with you to speed up the implementation of a precise tool technology, we continue this systematically in the production of plastic parts. By achieving the shortest possible cycle times we endeavor to achieve a higher output of articles and thus shorter payback times for you.

In order to do this we take a close look at all the well-established methods of injection molding and then decide for each article which combinations of plastics should be used with which production option. Together with an individually adapted machine and automation technology we can save up to several seconds cycle time in this way: processing time that pays off for you throughout the series production.

With our constantly growing range of injection molding equipment we not only overmold plugs, foils or other inserts – the production of complex multi-component injection parts using our turning units is also no problem on our two- and three-color machines. Through our close cooperation with machine manufacturers we also create automated high-end manufacturing cells, on which we produce high-quality individual configurations of parts in series with up to five components, including LSR.
