Turning units technology: Increased speed

In multi-component technology we insure speed in mold-making, speed in production, speed throughout the entire value creation chain by means of our dynamic hydraulic and electric turning units.

Depending on the parts requirements we can insert, injection mold and also remove components in up to four stations while production is running. So parts consisting of up to five compatible components are made in highly automated individual production cells, for example using silicone.

In our turning unit solutions, as everywhere in our company, we give priority to individuality and quality. In this area we produce in series to high quality standards, in order to be able to make available to you our technology at an optimal price-performance ratio. Our systems are individualized because of the choice between fast, high-precision electric and proven, high-capacity hydraulic versions as well as by the drilling templates, which can be exactly coordinated with your tools, on rotary and base plates. Between two and five cooling circuits can be connected up to our turning units. The load capacity ranges from 300 to 2,000 kg. However, in spite of their high performance and flexibility our turning systems remain compact and all the functions can be controlled via various interfaces using the equipment monitors. This makes their everyday use even simpler, more reliable and more convenient for you.
